Utmost sacred, holy and eternal Mahatirth Shatrunjay is cleansed of discarded waste like bottles, footwear and polythene. Every year, 800-850 odd sacks of garbage is collected and brought down to the foothill in an attempt to preseve the sancitity of the tirth. In addition, cleansing of Parmatma, pooja every idol across all nine Toonks, extraordinary devotion - culminating into divine experience of Bhakti. Result: Decrease in littering on Giriraj, increase in flow of pilgrims to Nav Toonk.
